This place was GREAT! Tommy helped guide me through the process of selecting a road bike. I didn't really know what to expect with all the different options. There was no high pressure, no hard upsale. I ended up with a Specialized and love it! Thanks AC&F!

Excellent. I rolled into little rock from Fort Worth for big dam bridge 2016. Arrived the day before the event with an issue with my headset. A self created issue that I caused and thought I had a serious issues going on. The mechanic that worked on my bike was very good, very personable, and was very respectful even though I caused my own issue. He jumped on my bike, had it fixed inside of 15 min. the rest of the staff was very friendly and even though they were busy with all the BDB100 prep; were open with talking about the ride and some of the things to expect. BDB100 was one of my best ride events in 25 years of cycling. Then whole experience in Little Rock which began here at AR cycling and fitness was awesome. TY so much to you all and to LR for you hospitably. Look forward to next year.

Bought my first road bike from this shop. Came in with little knowledge (read a lot online, but what does that really amount to?) and had two different staff talk to me on two separate occasions. Both were knowledgeable and took the time to explain anything I wanted to know and things I didn't know I needed to know. Taking the time they did is even more impressive considering the first time I went in I said from the very beginning that I was not buying one yet. Was impressed enough to come back and bought one of the bikes we looked at. They took me out on one that I liked and a comparable model to compare. After a short ride in the neighborhood behind the shop, I knew which one I wanted and they set it up with the accessories I wanted to purchase. They had suggestions on what accessories I should buy but did not pressure me if I did not want to purchase them. Overall great experience and they have earned a new loyal customer.

These guys are the best! Both locations are very helpful and willing to go the extra mile for customer service!!!
