Terrible! Made an appointment to have our taxes done and specifically asked if he could meet us here a little before 10 am since our appt was at 10 and the last time we made an appt with him he was late. We sat in the 88 degree weather until 10:19 am still no sign of him so we picked up our paperwork and went to another tax preparer (Mayra tax service) Rodriguez tax service just lost a customer!
