Staff are courteous but they always have ridiculous long lines. Maybe understaffed.

Worst expireince ... no one on at this branch is smart enough to help and don't know proper procedures "Lucy" has the worst customer service skill. Worst conversation I've had ... instead of accepting fault. Tries to pin it on others.

Great hours. Staff ok.... not as knowledgeable as other wells fargos I go to. But a least they are nice.

There are 15 people in line and 2 windows open. It's a tuesday at 2:00. I don't understand why there are only 2 windows open for the amount of people waiting.
