Roger helped us to find a really great apartment...just what we were looking for! We let him know that we need a spacious one bedroom and he showed us the biggest one bedroom we had ever seen and took the first apartment he showed us! It was so simple, fast, and easy. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to rent or buy. He's extremely professional and knowledgeable in his area of expertise and knew that I needed a "pre-war" building when he found out we had a grand piano. Before we found Roger, my husband and I looked at many apartments and were at the end of our rope. We are both so grateful to finally find something we both liked!

Worst business decision of my life. He even ignored my claim with the Better Business Bureau. Any local small business owner who is willing to take a bad business rating than provide satisfactory customer service is not worth your time. And he really isn't very knowledgeable of his listings at all. Don't waste your time!

Roger was able to sell my coop. apt. in Forest Hills super quick and at a price that was way higher than what I had expected. He is professional, efficient, and extremely trustworthy. He knows the market really well and knows how to negotiate on your behalf. If you are selling or buying a home anytime soon, I highly recommend Roger as your realtor.
