Highly recommended. Agent Sherry Harrilal took extremely good care of us as we searched for an apartment. I am an avid real estate investor who has purchased and sold numerous properties across several boroughs in the New York Metro area but when I needed to sell my primary residence, I found it extremely challenging to find a Real Estate Broker who was knowledgeable on Queens, had relationships with cash buyers, and could help me navigate a very complex and super restrictive Coop Board.
