Highly recommended. Agent Sherry Harrilal took extremely good care of us as we searched for an apartment. I am an avid real estate investor who has purchased and sold numerous properties across several boroughs in the New York Metro area but when I needed to sell my primary residence, I found it extremely challenging to find a Real Estate Broker who was knowledgeable on Queens, had relationships with cash buyers, and could help me navigate a very complex and super restrictive Coop Board. And after wasting my time and money with several brokers who did not know Queens, had no idea how to market homes online, needed way too much handholding, were expensive, and ultimately had no legitimate buyers… I reached out to Jonathan Abuloff – if only I had reached out to him from day one!
