WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH PAUL @ ROGER REYNOLDS. My tax situation is relatively simple and yet Paul managed to mess everything up for me: firstly, he claimed I had to file on paper instead of online (which I later found out to be a blatant lie or ignorant advice because this means my returns would take three times as long to be processed), secondly he made an error on my name on the forms which forced me to send in an amended tax return - the amendment has further delayed my taxes and I currently have no timeline to receive my returns. Thirdly, it seems Paul had made a completely wrong assessment of my tax situation (based off consulting other advisers after Paul had messed everything up for me) and ended up making me pay for taxes that I did not even need to. End result: I was deducted taxes from two states and have yet to receive my returns - I feel cheated and robbed. MY ADVICE: AVOID MY MISTAKE AND STAY AWAY!

Used to be good with Roger. Now taxes with Frank have been TERRIBLE. 3 distinct issues in one tax year. He's supposed to be a CPA but its interesting how little he knows.
