This place is dirty, No lie. I worked there for maybe a little over a year as a CNA and the LPN's i worked with at the time were great. I miss them. I've gone up the chain since i worked here and no longer just a CNA. But As for the staff Total unprofessional, But i can not speak on all of them because some i can tell loved the job and others were just there to get paid and that was it. 95% would be outside in the back smoking and hanging out leaving the rest of us the call lights. Being rough with some of the residents like it's no big deal. I would never want any of my family in this place that's for sure. As for experience gain it was good on my part.One thing i do miss is all the residents i had gained a awesome friendship i hope they are all okay and still here on earth. If i could go back and just visit all the ones i used to joke around with that'd make my day. As for visitation it's sad to see such terrible neglect from the children of those residents WEEKS sometimes months will go by and never be seen by their kids or family. Just saddening. This is back when the assistant DON was christi. or something like that and the DON had gone back to travel nursing.

DON'T LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!!!! I absolutely cannot stand this place!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband has been there for several months now and our daughter and I visit him every Sunday. Each time we go I witness nurses glued to their smartphones and ignoring obvious pleas for assistance, being wreckless with patients in wheelchairs, and one nurse particularly, taunted my husband after he asked her for some ice. When she returned, halfway across the room she stopped and said alright here's your ice come and get it. My husband cannot walk. Otherwise he would've got it himself. I would love for him to be someplace else but unfortunately this is the only mildly place affordable. My husband needs 24 hour care and we can't afford home health. I cannot stress this enough, please only let this place be your choice when you're all out of other options. I cannot stand the staff. I cannot stand the way my husband is treated. I cannot stand to see the elderly neglected. The place is stuffy, the rooms are entirely too small and lack proper privacy. The visitors restroom is disgusting and incredibly unsanitary. My disliking of this facility is completely justified. I'm shocked, and saddened, and super pissed at that nurse for teasing him. That was the last straw. Avoid this place if you can!!!!!!!!

Took phone from someone I know and other things like clothes some how went missing as well

This facility is by far the most professional and caring health and rehab facility I have ever been a part of. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The residents have a home setting here. It's very comfortable and personal.
