If your looking for jewelry for that special occasion be sure to stop by Rogers Fine Jewelry. Not only is the customer service superb but the atmosphere is relaxing. During my visit there was a nice lady playing the harp in the background while I shopped. All around lovely experience.

Mariah is just absolutely delightful to work with. She answered my questions and made recommendations that I had to rely on because this is not my field of expertise! She is very good at what she does, stayed in communication with me while waiting for my order to be completed and always has a welcoming smile when I stop in.

Poor craftsmanship, lies, and theft. I took a ring in to get resized. They gave it back to me with cracks in the band and claimed they didn't do it. Then wouldn't give me a refund. REPLY EDIT: You made no contact before or after I picked up the ring about the cracks. You should have just told me "No" from the start. I will not be bringing the ring back in because of your terrible business practices the first time around. Besides, I had another jeweler fix it for us and is way better than anything you could have hoped to accomplish. I asked for the owner's contact info you were willing to provide, but I went unanswered. I still have the emails of you getting caught lying to us. Not ONCE did you mention the cracks in the band. If it was that bad, you would have said something. But you tried to hide it anyways and wasn't until we confronted you about it later you tried to lie and claim your goldsmith found it in the beginning. Your goldsmith's sheet doesn't hold any integrity. Just because it's on the paper doesn't mean you told us. You could have written up a new sheet anyways after we said something.

Mariaha and her team worked with me to make a one of a kind engagement ring. I couldn't be more pleased. After a couple revisions it came out perfectly. I am so excited to have such a beautiful and unique ring to represent my engagement and soon my wedded life!
