I had a ring that needed a full restoration pretty much and was afraid of taking it to just any jeweler and a good friend of mine told me about Rogers and said they do all repairs in house and showed me her ring that was just repaired by Rogers and I was glad to know that there is still local jewellers that do repairs without sending the jewelry out to a different shop. 
I went down and talked to Tim Rico and was very professional and helpful. 
My wife loved her ring and looked as it did when I first bought it for her 15 years ago.
This place a awesome and they have a great selection of professional and helpful staff.

Best experience! My sales guy which i remember his name was chill. Im a guy! He did his job.... I went in looking basic but i was treated like millionaire! My girlfriend loved the promise ring! Will be back for engagement ring! Thank u for the follow up!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went in for a special birthday gift , was welcomed and expertly helped by some truly LOVELY young ladies. My purchase was beautifully gift wrapped, then asked if I needed a card to go with gift .I was pleasantly surprised they carried greeting cards and happy I didn't have to make another stop.While choosing this card- out of many beautiful ones- I was offered a seat , something to drink, then given jewellery cleaner..card , cleaner , wrapping ALL COMPLIMENTARY!!  I hadn't been in Rogers since it was in the Sequoia Mall, it was the first place I got my ears pierced😊 I will only shop at Rogers now for any jewelry need. Thank You Again for your GREAT customer service!!

Tim and his staff are beyond helpful. My experience with Roger's Jewelry has been seamless. Everyone their has always been patient and accommodating with me despite how impossible I must have been at times. From bringing in items they didn't have at their locations, to having specific diamonds shipped in to build the perfect ring, and down to taking notes of likes and dislikes to make future decisions easier the incredible people of Rogers have never failed to exceed expectations. The store is great, the selection and variety is great, and the staff makes it all possible. They definitely have earned a lifetime customer in me!
