Story

Good Food. That's what we are after.

We cook our sauces, we make our own condiments - even our own ketchup.

We want to make you walk out happier than you came into our place. Therefore, we strive to provide friendly service and very tasty homecooked food. Our food does not contain any MSG or high fructose corn syrup. We avoid industrially prepared food and rather make it fresh out of fresh produce and meat.

Service was great .atmosphere was calm and pleasant. 10 dollar Rubin was burnt. Fries were dark but raw. Was told there was a new cook. .first and only visit. I Will not be going there again.

absolutely love this place. great food and it's always exciting to try new things on the menu. Roland is the best part of the experience though.

I was unimpressed with this restaurant this evening. I arrived at 6:17 and we received our order after 7:15. It took us 30min to receive bread after we ordered. I was informed my children's food was ready at one point, and I asked for it to be brought to us. Instead, the server walked around for several minutes doing other things. Once I saw what we had waited so long for, I was very disappointed. My mother only ate a few bites of her stroganoff because the texture was off and the temperature was luke. The mashed potatoes with her meal were grainy and dry. My fried flounder was soggy and burnt. My vegetable medley consisted of canned peas and corn and had been over-peppered. Most interestingly, my risotto was served in a dry hardened mound. My kids enjoyed their cinnamon sugar crepes - thus, the 2* rating instead of 1*. The table to the right of us ended up walking out before their food arrived. The poor table to our left was there before we got there, and had not received their meal before we left. The kitchen obviously was struggling badly. The service could not make up for the kitchen, and was also lacking. I will not be returning. ***I made my review from the parking lot. The server asked my kids how their crepes were because she "didn't know they were on the menu," and was considering ordering them as her meal. I do not recall her asking how my meal was; I certainly did not tell her I enjoyed it.

Delicious! Great to try something different. Fresh real homemade food with fine ingredients. Friendly service knowledgeable about menu. Very helpful. We realy enjoyed ourselves.

This restaurant is expensive and not very good food. The portions were tiny. I'm a fan of German food but this was bland. My food bill came to 18 dollars and all together was less food then what comes in a typical fast food combo. The interior of this restaurant was creepy... strange paintings and an overall weird vibe. The schnitzel was very small and lacked much flavor. It was the worst schnitzel I've had. They charge $1.50 extra if you want sauce. They only have one kind, mushroom gravy. Its unremarkable. The portion of sauce I received was around two tablespoons. The cabbage was off tasting and more mushy then it should have been. It was gross. The potato salad was made of boiled potatoes tossed in vinegar. The worst German potato salad I've ever had. They gave every person at the table a half of a small piece of bread and a little round biscuit slightly larger then a quarter. This bread was cold and tasted like they bought it somewhere pre-made. The waiter said that would be another up charge $2.80 if anyone wanted more bread. The bread was not that good in the first place. This place did not live up to the reviews at all. It was very expensive, creepy, and the food was disappointing. I will not be a repeat customer.
