Dined at Romas tonight. When the food arrived, mine was cold. So I sent it back to be warmed. When it came back to the table, it was hot in some places and cold in others. Pasta had started to dry out. I guess using the microwave presents a challenge to some. And the server asked how it tasted even though it's cold? Really, should I even dignified that with a response. When Pat, the owners little helper came to the table with a response he said he was so sorry my meal wasn't prepared right, but here's your bill. You must be kidding me!! Still wanted me to pay for it. And the wine that my wife ordered never found it's way to the table, we were charged for two glasses. Must have been a special tonight. I'll say this, Pat enjoy that money you charged me tonight, you'll never get another dime from me!!!

This is a small owner operated restaurant . Everything about the dining experience is extraordinary . You can get real New York style pizza , and/or one of the best meals you've ever had . They have some very unique , and delicious desserts made on the premises as well . If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your experience , SPEAK UP ! The owner , himself , will do everything within reason to ensure it is addressed right on the spot . I do not believe some of the other reviews posted here because my party , and everyone else I have seen dining in this restaurant , within earshot , is always raving about the food , and the experience .

Went for dinner tonight with the family. Food was excellent as always. Service, eh was ok. We finished our meal and paid the bill. As we were getting into our car the waitress came running out of the restaurant and wanted to know if she did something wrong. We told her no, why? She said because the tip was soo little...I could not believe it. I've never had anyone ever complain about the amount of tip. Very unprofessional. If I ever go back, she will not be my waitress.

Nice local place for Italian. I had spaghetti and meatballs, and the meatballs were top-notch. Moist, tender, and tasty. Good sauce, very tomato-y, not over-spiced. The dining room is a bit cavernous, and I don't think there are any secret romantic getaway tables, but overall the experience for our family dinner was excellent.

The food was very good. The staff was friendly. We had our young kids with us, and the were very nice to them.
