I was sitting at a booth ordering my drink when all of a sudden a roach fell from the ceiling right in my right eye. The waiter was nice & apologized & he offered to move us to another booth, however when I was looking around, I saw another dead roach on the wall divider between booths which was right beside me! At this point I could eat in peace. The food actually taste good but I couldn't get comfortable enough to finish it. The only thing they did to try to make it right was give me a little discount off my meal. I don't think I will go back to that particular Red Bowl.

Over the past year or so the quality has really gone down. My mom and I haven't been in a while but stopped in for lunch this past Monday.  There were sloppy paper signs all over the place (some hand written, all worse for wear, and most making sure we knew the sushi bar was closed on Wednesdays, a level of "casualness" never expected at a chain restaurant) and a puddle on the ladies room floor (in a stall, probably pee). Our server was not great, but that's addresses been the norm there. We sat at the sushi bar, which we learned to do a while back after we realized there was a 99% chance the service would suck anyway but the sushi guy would be able to help instead.  Fyi, they may hire lousy servers but the sushi guys there are always the best. Even the bartenders mess up the most basic mixed drink.... but the sushi guy keeps us coming back. It's really just not worth the cost anymore and why we rarely go these days. For the cost, and location, it's not really worth it unless you are prepared to ignore the trash for the best,  if not only decent, sushi in Aiken.

Great food and service though a little bit of a price is tagged along with it. Great kids menu as well for the little ones to chose from with foods they may be more open to. The Shusi is wonderful too!

Service depends on how busy it is. Seems like every time I have been to Redbowl the manager is yelling at a server. I feel bad for them. Also had to fan myself because it is so hot. unprofessional and makes for a very uncomfortable dining experience.
