Roman sold our house for $5k over listing in 24 hours. He then turned around and helped us buy our new house for $4k under listing with $5k in closing costs and many repairs completed. He’s hardworking, charming, and damn good at what he does. From the minute we hired him, he was available via text, phone, and even direct message on social media when I dropped my cell in the sink and was without for a few days. He’s simply the best Realtor around, and if you’re not working with him, you’re wasting time and money.

We've used Roman to sell two homes,  and buy one.  We had such a great experience that I begged him to follow us to Dallas to help us buy a new home up there. He is so easy to work with,  and feels like a family member by the time the process is done.  He knows the market,  he gives great advice on staging, he is an expert negotiator, and above all,  he's a great guy.  He looks like he stepped out of GQ,  but he's so down to earth.  Our family moves often,  and he is by far our favorite realtor ever.

There was absolutely nothing easy about selling my home as a newly single parent. The co-owner of my home was an ex-spouse who was...less than helpful, but somehow Roman always found a way to present offers to him that made decisions "no brainers."  It should be mentioned that my house wasn't the best on the block either, but from the first time Roman came to evaluate my home I could tell he was the right realtor for me. Quite simply he gave me a short list of action items that made my house more appealing and it sold even with an impossibly difficult co-owner! I cannot thank you enough Roman: this sale allowed me to move home to my family. Really...just call Roman!

House hunting with Roman as our realtor was a fantastic experience. He understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home! We were first-time home buyers and Roman made the process easy to understand. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home in the Waco area!

Roman was extremely knowledgeable & professional. After initially listing our house with a different realtor we ended up switching to Roman, he came in told us exactly what we needed to do to prep for listing, stayed in constant contact and helped us every step of the way. Our house was under contract in 27 days and closed only 25 days after that. I highly recommend Roman to everyone!
