Update: My original charge was $40.88 but when it posted to my card I was overcharged by $5. I really wanted to give this place a better review after the customer service I received in-person, but stealing from me after the fact warrants 1 star. 
Original: Got the 32" pizza for carryout with the free garlic knots. It was ready when we came back after 20 mins. Customer service was great, the guy was very nice and accommodating. Pizza tasted good, not the best we've ever had but that's just our personal preference. It was very cheesy so if that's what you prefer, you'll love it. Definitely give this place a chance, I think a lot of the bad reviews are based off of ordering very late at night when they're swamped.

Contrary to many of the other reviews on this pizzeria, I found both the food and customer service to be excellent. We purchased the 32 inch cheese pizza with 30 wings. The food came quickly, the wings and BBQ sauce were delicious, the pizza was immense, and especially the sauce was among the best pizza sauces I have ever had. The server was very kind and accommodating, and the cook even came out personally to inquire about the quality of the meal. Overall, I would return here and recommend it to a friend.

Great food. A little skimpy on the toppings, but came in good time and tasted way better than what everyone else is claiming, plus it's 24 hour delivery. Overall, great experience and will be ordering from here again.

This place absolutely sucked... The service was awful... Above all the food was absolutely awful... All the food was dry and disgusting... I definitely do not recommend this for anyone else... They even forgot all of the sauce that I ordered... I will most certainly never make this mistake again.

RUN AWAY!!!!! Save your time and energy and your soul!!!!!no stars really  needs  to be an option. Never in my 30 years have I experienced such failure on a human level. The Food is disgusting and nothing is as described or pictured in the pretty flyer that was slid under my hotel door. I mean Hello, if you told me uncooked turkey bacon is what came on your Ranch fries I would have went else where from jump street. I will take responsibility for not checking the reviews first. People are not lying about the caliber of food and lack of Customer service. Any good review I guarantee came from an employee or family member. This excursion into hell began when I placed my order at 930pm on the 14th and didn't get my refund till 6pm the next evening. I new something was up when I placed my order at 930pm and 15 min after their quoted  45-50min window had passed and still no food. I called and they said he just left. Got food at 11:08pm missing free garlic knots, soggy half cooked fries (how they were able to get over cooked and nearly frozen fries in the same container still baffles me) I called at 11:11pm to express this and was met with lies. Supposedly Yousef, manager, wasn't there and wouldn't be till 12pm the next day so there was no way for a refund to be done. They were told to keep their garlic knots because I will be there at 12pm to get my refund. At 12:22 am! someone is knocking on my door with garlic knots!!!. I get to the restaurant at 12pm next day and only person there is a young girl who tells me the person I spoke with the night before is the one that could have done my refund and to come back at 5 cause that's when he'll be there. (I wish there was an option to post video so you could see my face right now!) Bottom line I got my money back and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau...messed with the wrong one. Only way these people are still in business is the 12-3am crowd that's problem too drunk to realize they've been waiting two hrs for garbage they pass as food and won't remember what it tasted like in the morning.
