We were going to eat access the street. Unfortunately for that place the air conditioning was on too high and it was too cold inside.  Boy am I glad it was.  Entered Romo's around 7 on a fall Tuesday night and it was fairly busy.  Seated ourselves and it took a while for the waiter to notice us, but once he did service was good.  

We ordered nachos and a green chili Navajo taco.  New Mexico Grill (Gilbert, AZ, I've reviewed it before, possibly the best Mexican food in AZ) has an awesome Navajo (fry bread) taco.  This one was almost, if not as good.  Spicy, flavorful, delicious.  

The nachos came in a very large shallow bowl, overflowing with toppings.  You could still hear it sizzling and once you took the first bite out, you could see the toppings boiling underneath.  We were afraid the nachos were going to be shift ask the way through but only the top layer was as the layers beneath had dry chips to pull up on to do the upper layers.  Awesome.  Again, spicy and flavorful.

Stopped in on our way out of Arizona for a good meal. We both ordered the Enchilada combo and it was delicious. The food came out hot and the portions were plentiful. Also ordered a side of guacamole and it was amazingly good. They were busy but the service was still good but did take time. I will definitely be returning here in the future. The hours posted on Google are wrong, they close at 8:00 pm.

We just came from the petrified forest and stopped here. We had both the red and green chili enchiladas and it all was delicious. Service was quick and polite. I would 10/10 recommend coming here.

Excellent restaurant. Good food. The menu could afford to have a few more options and combos though.

FABULOUS! Too hard to explain with out lots of paragraphs. Just go there. Nothing bad on the menu. Service is awesome!
