This pharmacy charges above and beyond the insurance coverage making this an expensive pharmacy to use. We have used several other pharmacies: Walgreens, Rite-Aide, Costco, CVS, etc., and no other pharmacy ever charged us more than a small co-pay, but Ron's Pharmacy does charge A LOT because of their packaging. On top of that, their pharmacist refused to call our insurance company when there was a hold up stating in an arrogant manner, "I am not going to call and be put on hold!!"

sometimes they are responsive to our orders right away but there are times that its been a week already but they haven't delivered the medication yet.i dont know if they do our orders right away?  it usually takes time and you need to follow up them.
