I'd rate a 2.5 star. We were satisfied with our rep's service up until it came time to close our sale; he became rudely pushy and condescending although we were still moving forward with a sale for him. However, our rating comes from the handling (or rather mishandling) of DMV paperwork for our trade in. After two months we were still receiving notices from the DMV stating that paperwork was missing and fees were owed. It took two weeks to even have someone get in contact with us from Ron Smith (after calling repeatedly) and we were told they would take care of everything and we did not need to go into their office or to the DMV. Here we are two more months later and still receiving notices. Fortunately, I was able to take care of it through the DMV myself although we are 4 months past their original deadline. Overall, decent experience for a purchase - terrible experience for a trade. Will not be giving repeat service unfortunately.

The guys are a bunch of scammers they don't have respect for people's vehicles. Very Rude sales manager and guess what even if they gave me what I wanted free I'd tell them to shove it where the sun don't shine. Don't tell me if I don't take their deal the trade in price goes down. I'll NEVER go back.

I just purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra Denali from Ron Smith GMC and it was without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had.  My salesman, Nathan Ortiz, was so knowledgeable about ever model and option, it blew my mind.  From the moment we pulled into the lot we were impressed by the professionalism of Ron Smith GMC. We were not bombarded by salesmen, but nicely greeted by Nathan. From beginning to end Nathan  treated us with respect, showed patience and complete understanding. The purchase was smooth, we felt taken care of by all of the staff, especially Nathan! Thanks so much for the excellent customer service!!! I don't think I'll ever consider shopping at another dealer after this experience.
