The work that Carlos did, including clean-up was absolutely flawless! He was very quick and efficient. Justin provided me with a very fair price. The Only complaint I had was some confusion with communication with the office. But once I mentioned it, they very promptly corrected the issue and forwarded all communication. I am definitely using them again if the need arises!

It was a great experience. There was some confusion over the scope of work. Matt took care of everything at no extra charge.

I normally don't give 5 stars unless they truly deserve it. Professionally handle. Pleasant to do business with. Matt is great. Not only he called ahead to notify his arrival, he also got the job done on time!!  We are truly happy with the quality of work and service. Already recommended to a few friends.

Horrible customer service. After calling and emailing without response, I finally received a call back. We scheduled the inspection in their earliest time available which was 3 weeks out. I received a call 1 week before the appointment and they said they had to cancel and reschedule. Their earliest date was another 2 weeks. I have decided to go elsewhere to a company who wants my business. I cant imagine having a warranty with RoofRX and actually needing to use them because in the event of a problem, they will not be there for you in a timely manor.
