Wow is all i can say! After being hit by severe weather I had agrred to also get a quote from the emergncy repair company. Believing they were getting from reputable companies I agreed,Only to realize to my horror this was not the case. It turned out to be a guy with a truck and ladder with no crew, I would have had a house guest on my roof for a minimum 2-3 weeks further exposing my home to possible damage in this inclement weather.

After almost two months I approached Paul at Roofing Plus and he expained my rights as a homeowner   
and Immediatley contacted the adjuster with these concerns on my behalf. Within 8 days Roofin Plus( up to 8 guys at times) were on my roof  and finished in just over 2 1/2 days and looks amazing. What a great team Paul. thanks for helping my family in our time of need. WOW

Not a very happy customer. I went with the highest quote expecting superior service but had issues with the results. They made errors that they would not admit to and refused to correct and made changes without consulting with me. I put it down to poor communication and I would not recommend them. They promised that any concerns would be resolved to our mutual satisfaction but such is not the case.

It's funny, you can tell which reviews are the true reviews on here because they receive 1 star ratings. We had the roof done in our previous home by these jerks and to say it was nightmare dealing with them would be an understatement. 

When they installed the roof, they made a huge mess and did not clean up without us asking. We came home around 10am only to find they were blaring their music for the entire neighborhood to hear. At 10am on a Friday morning!!!

They used Dynamic Eavestroughs to install the new evaves, which were done incorrectly. Downspouts were installed upsidedown. But, they did come back grudgingly to fix them. 

About 4 months in, the roof above our dining room started leaking. I don't mean. Just a drip, it was a full on waterfall. They refused to take responsibility for their poor workmanship and argued with us. Their poor excuse for a Secretary was just as bad. Swearing yelling at us. Foul mouthed woman. 

This battle went on for months (I have emails as well as photos to prove it) and nothing was corrected. I even tried to report them to the the Quinte Home Builders Association, and they are just as big of a joke, wow!  We had to put a claim in to our insurance company to fix the damange they had done. 

Stay far far away from this company. They are absolutely horrible all around and scam money off of people. Our bill alone was $7500.00. Imagine how many others they have scammed.  And shame on the Quinte Home Builders Association for protecting assholes like these people.

I have had Roofing Plus do about 20 roofs for me over the past 10 years and highly recommend them.  Fair pricing, superior work, completion on schedule, site left clean.  Rarely any issues and if there were, they followed up to my complete satisfaction.

Roofing Plus guys  are highly skilled at their trade. We have full respect for these guys that can do this tough job day in and day out correctly.  The whole crew were a great bunch of guys. thanks
