Victor was referred to me by a friend. He arrived for the appointment on time, was pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. The quote was reasonable (compared to the other quotes I received) and we arranged a date to do the re-roofing job. His crew were great, they did an excellent job over several days and cleaned up after themselves. No issues to report.

I contacted Victor from Trudel to check out issues with my roof he was quick and professional when he came out. The estimate was reasonable and we went forward with the work. The crew arrived on time and worked professionally, I appreciated the thorough clean up they did. Since they did the work, I have recommended them to other people looking at getting their roof done.

After having called several roofing companies regarding my damaged shingles only one was honest and dedicated to giving me the appropriate service for my roof.the customer service representatives (LAUREN) was diligent in finding out as much information about my roof as possible,Trudel and sons care just as much about there workmanship as the product they install,To me that is what all gold seal companies should aspire to be. Thanks Trudel and sons roofing.

Not sure on there quality of work...but I'm sure it's based on there employees... Got a call from my wife of one of there workers creeping them...followed her for three blocks going 5 km per hour staring at her like a creep whilst walking my child in a stroller......called to complain ..got hung up on twice ..then was told if he's on a call he's on a call...clearly they don't care at all...so I suggest you ask for record checks before hiring them and letting these creepy workers enter or around ur home..next thing u know he be peeping through your windows...so overall I'm disgusted...have a nice video she took as proof also...!!!
