They were quick to respond to my inquiry for a quote. But Angelo was more than 1 hour late for the appointment. We scheduled for him to return to do an Insurance Estimate, not only did he not show up, but he never followed up or responded to my messages. They were more than $2500, even with the $500 discount, more than anyone else. NOT impressed at all. Too bad, had 3 other friends that needed roofs also.

March 2017...Where do I start? I wish I could post pictures of the poor job that Roofing Pro did. The roof sagged, the gutters weren't leveled so they retain water and it's a matter of time before they fall or bring water inside, my garage was never guttered and I also did most of the clean up of the trash that blew into my neighbors yard. Not to mention after leaving for the day the crew left my main entry and exit door blocked, thank god there were no emergencies. Evidently there's no one that inspects the work while it's being done because after my first few complaints, I'm sure there's no way that anyone with halfway decent vision couldn't look and see that the gutters arent level, the roof is still sagging and my garage has still not been guttered to this day!!

This whole process has been a nightmare. I had them put a new roof on my house and they caused a lot of damage and refused to fix it correctly. I had two chimneys on my roof, one that went to the fireplace and another one that vented my furnace. I was unaware that the second one was being used for anything. The supervisor came up to me and asked me if he could tear down the second chimney. I told him if it was not being used he could do it . The supervisor stressed that tearing down the chimney would make my home more secure. The whole reason for putting on a new roof was to get rid of a skylight that damaged the inside of my home. The supervisor told me that he would tear down the chimney stack and seal it up just like he had done for the skylight. I now believe that he wanted to tear down the chimney to finish my roof early. I was in an accident and had to learn to walk again and was unable to get into the basement. Plus I would've never known what to look for because I'm not a professional. The supervisor never said that my chimney was damaged in anyway, he only stated that it would make my roof more secure from leakes if he tore it down and sealed it. So I took him at his word believing he was a professional and knew what he was doing. I gave him permission to tear it down because he said again it was not in use. I Also contracted them to do siding on my home before I knew that they had made this big mistake with the chimney. A few weeks after the roof was finished I received a bill for the amount of $150 for removing the chimney. I also had another worker at my house after this working in the basement and he noticed that my furnace was being vented through the chimney. He told me not to turn on my furnace or it could kill me. I called roofing pro and talked to Tim and he apologized. He told me he would take the charge off my bill because I had never agreed to it and fix the problem with the furnace. He told me to get an estimate and He would fix it. I had to get on a waiting list due to the fact that it was the summertime and companies were only working on air-conditioners. On September 1, 2016 a heating and air company came out and gave me an estimate. He would not even give me an estimate dealing with the vent stack due to building codes. The repair man told me I would have to replace my furnace and vent it out the side of my house. I would also need to replace my air unit because the new unit would not work with the old one. This would be close to $10,000. I called roofing pro back and talked to both Tim and Holly about the situation. I did not expect anything for free so I said I would pay for the air if he would just fix the furnace which was his mistake. His solution was to rip the roof off have someone put the vent stack back from the attic on and leave it at that. The problem is if we do not bring this up to code my insurance will never cover my home if something happens and Tim knows this. No one other than Tim is willing to risk my safety by doing this. The repair man told me that no one knows what damage the roofers did to the vent stack in the first place. Most of the stack that is left is behind my walls inside the house. Also they used a sledgehammer to tear down the top part of the stack and the rest of it may not be stable. I turned them into the Better Business Bureau and they completely lied to them. Suddenly now my chimney was damaged, broken and they took it down as a favor to me and that they always knew that the vent stack was in use and told me so. I have my monthly statements to prove that they charged me. I have paid them everything except $1600. My attorney advised me not to make any more payments until this is resolved. On October 14, 2016 Holly called me and told me they were taking a lien out on my house if I didn't pay. She told me that they had told me they were only fixing it their way and if I didn't except it tough. I wish I had never use these people or even heard of them. I ended up with a damaged home and a lot of lies from them.

The owner and son of this company exhibit the morals and ethics of a used car salesman. Had them wrap all the wood in vinyl on my home, now starting to come off in several places. I will pay someone else to correct problem, not worth dealing with people like this.
