Triad replaced all windows, exterior doors and did some other smaller interior renovations. The work was very good, with care given to the fit and finish. Best of all, they left no debris laying around for is to deal with. We would definitely work with Triad Installations again.

Highly recommended for standing seam metal roof!!
The price was very fair and reasonable. My standing seam metal roof was very pretty! I received numerous compliments from my neighbors as well. 
The roof installers did an excellent job in metal roofing. They were on time, working thru weekends to get the job done. 
 Rich was very knowledgeable about the material and recommended the right panel for metal roof that would prevent oil canning. He did what he said. Material delivery was on time. Rich was very responsive to all my questions and requests.
This is a 5 stars contracting company!

Rich did give a fair price for vinyl siding and his workers completed the job mostly on time. However, after they installed vinyl siding, the front porch light stopped working. I had an electrician come out and he said Rich's worker didn't put the light correctly. He took a picture and explained it. I gave Rich the time to correct the issue but they never got back. I spent $900 to fix the wire that was pinched when his worker put the light back on the front porch. Not happy.

I had a leaky roof and Triad Installations came out to inspect my roof and give me an estimate for repair. Turns out I needed a whole new roof and Richard was able to work with my insurance company to get the entire cost of the roof covered! I didn't pay a dime out of pocket and they did a great job. Roof looks great, the team was courteous and professional and they cleaned up the job site when they finished. I also decided to have all my skylights replaced as well since they were 25 years old. Very happy with the work done. Will get them to replace my windows when the time comes!
