NEVER AGAIN. I placed an order with this store on December 13, 2017 for a Christmas gift that was scheduled to be delivered on the 23rd. Had not heard from them the day before scheduled delivery so I called to inquire of the time. I was told that the delivery date was magically changed to the 27th with no reason or explanation of how or why that happened. When they first delivered the set they had only a portion of it on the truck and were supposed to be back that same day...they never showed back up and I had to call to find out what was going on. Once I finally got everything delivered it was damaged: scratches and a white film that wouldn't come off the dresser, rails and headboard chipped to the wood, tables knocked and dinged up...it was bad Well it is 3 months later and the issue is still not resolved Headboard and rails are still damaged they keep bringing more damaged furniture to replace the damaged furniture I have. In addition, it has cost me for Saturdays waiting on delivery, a broken front door and some of my wife's clothes (taken in a "replacement" that turned out to be more damaged). I have talked to the managers of this location to no avail (they say customer service, who never calls you, will call). To seal the deal the most recent customer service rep/supervisor implied that we are the problem. Absolutely unfettered by the poor product and service provided, the utter disrespect it shows to us and our time and not even the slightest hint of a sense of urgency to make it right. This has been an experience that is both unacceptable and tells you a lot about who Rooms to Go is. Never again. Never again.

Melanie Christmas-bell, is just awesome. She is so pleasant, patient & attentative and always give her best to accommodate my shopping at Douglasville Rooms To Go. I met Melanie last summer after purchasing my new home, the pieces of furniture I wanted was not on display in the store nevertheless, melanie came through for me with every pieces of furniture I wanted to purchase. Second purchase for me on Feb 24, 2018 and Melanie delivered again......Excellent Sales Associate & beautiful person she is definately a keeper🤗 also like to mention "way to go Justin" very pleasant & reliable employee at Douglasville Rooms To Go check him out👍& check out their home decors for sale great prices, 5 star for employees & service....Thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience with Melanie! I loved working with her because she knows her "stuff" I have furnished three homes with Rooms to Go and this time was really special. I am very picky and I demand quality at a reasonable price, well I got exactly what I looked for.

Terrible experience, if I could give them a zero I would. My wife purchased a mattress set last week and paid to have the set delivered to our home. The delivery team showed up in a big rig truck and told me they could not pull the truck into my driveway, so I would need to bring a pickup truck to the street and bring the furniture to my home in my pickup. If I wanted to move furniture in a pickup, I would not need delivery service. My driveway is normal sized and typical for our area. This means most deliveries in this truck would be impossible in our area. I called the store manager, the RTG call center, and chatted with RTG online, and all of those people told me basically that this is standard and there is nothing they can do about it. I then cancelled the order and requested a refund. RTG should not be advertising a delivery option when their trucks will not fit into a standard driveway. Very disappointed and surprised at the poor service. We will never shop RTG again and will be sure to tell everyone we know about this terrible experience.
