I just moved to another state and had to get a couch that would fit my new place. First time shopper at rooms to go. So I buy what I thought was a nice couch, not 6 months later I notice its sagging and just very comfortable anymore. I contact rooms to go and they send out a technician. The tech tells me he's gotten more complaints at this couch then any other couch they have. He tells me they used cheap materials and because of that they wear out faster. Well a week later I call rooms to go to check the status of the claim, they say it's due to normal wear. I'm sorry I bought a couch a few years ago from a real furniture store and it lasted for years not months. I can't tell you were to shop, but if you really want to spend your money and get quality, don't go to rooms to go !

We purchased 2 recliners, a table and a lamp. Our sales person was very helpful. The furniture was delivered on time. The delivery people set everything up.

It started out as a 1 but ended up as a 5 star! Everything was fine until the furniture was delivered from Jacksonville. All of the hardware to put the bed together was missing. The driver said we could either return it with him or they wold order the parts while still at our house and then a special field tech would come out the same day if we received the parts before noon or the next day (unless it was a Sunday - which it was). So they were supposed to come out Monday; we called customer service to see when we could expect the tech; customer service said they would check into it and call us right back. That didn't happen so we called Tuesday only to be told that they could schedule a tech to come out in the next 10 days, This was totally unacceptable as were were sleeping on a new mattress on the floor. We called the store and advised our salesperson that the situation had to be corrected or they could pick up the furniture. We were called later in the day and were told that the store manager in Ocala, Greg Davis would be out the following day (his day off) to put the bed together. To everyone's dismay, the parts that were sent to us were still the wrong ones! After making several trips to to local hardware and lumber stores he was able to work his magic and finally get the bed together. What should taken an hour or so at the most, ended up taking 4-5 hours. Mr. Davis certainly went above and beyond the call of duty for a customer. It's a shame that the customer service dept. (wherever it's located) does not feel the same sense of commitment to its customers. The truck drivers were give erroneous information to pass on to us (that a field tech would be out in 24 hours). If we had known what a nightmare was heading our way we would have taken "Option #1" and let them take it all back. It's a shame that the customer dis)service dept. is so lacking in it's basic understanding of what "customer service" means. Again, our sincerest thanks to Mr. Davis, who went out of his way to satisfy a customer.

Worked with Matt he was a great help. We looked around and found Rooms To Go to have what we were looking for. Have done delt with Rooms To Go before and were very happy. We went back the next day got what we were looking for.
