My past two experiences have been excellent. The associates (Matt in Smart Home, and Danielle in appliances) were friendly and very helpful. I have seen some reviews on this site that say the reps are few and far between. I have only had that problem during high customer volume times like Christmas or special sales which is understandable.

I had a appointment to have a iPhone 6 battery replacement appointment was made by Apple. When I got there I was told they had no batteries and its first come first served. Why wouldn’t they put a battery aside for my appointment ? Well they said they didn’t know what the appointment was for??? Then after a long discussions I was told to call every day and see if batteries are in. Well we all know it takes 10 min of recording before you even get a representative. I asked to be put on a waiting list to be called when the batteries came in and call me and I would drive 50 miles and get the job done. The Geek Squad said they don’t do that. So my experience Sucked as far as good service Ok

Smaller store than I am use to seeing for Best Buy. The gaming and computer section still had everything fully stocked tho. Was looking for a couple items that i couldnt find, but the staff was very helpful locating them. I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes with everything I needed.

Customer service is non existent and pricing is significantly higher then the competition. I'm shocked they are still in business. I wouldn't conduct business there under any circumstances and recommend you follow suit.

I've never had a bad experience at a Best Buy. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The products are high quality... If on occasion more expensive than other options.
