I will not deal with one if the most ugly excuse for. Man.... he lie to me I took pictures of the things I was buying after I paid for it.. then when it was time to deliver they all was badly messed up and I took photos of that.. the manager was rude and talk to me like I was stupid.. and I told him I don't want that broken lie of a mess he was trying to get me to keep.. my items came to me so damaged I wanted to cry and that manager with his bad attitude did not want to replaced it he states the  he can't do anything over the phone he wants me to go the store to talk about the situation. They don't have any consideration with the costumers I live 40 minutes away from the store and I worke Monday to Saturday tried explained then this and still they said they can do something  .... I told  manager I have no more to talk about... his was dishonest, disrespectful and disgusting  He don't care about costumers .. that location needs improvement ...  Please don't get any from this store. sucks. never ever i will get my staff from there.

Ray Zamora was extremely helpful & not pushy either! She was very patient with us.  So much so, that we ended up buying 2 pieces & will be back for more!

I normally do not write reviews but after reading some people's bad experiences I was just shocked and had to write about my experience. I had such a great experience shopping there recently. My husband and I loved our salesperson, Brandi. She was a pleasure to work with and really helped us put together a room that we just could not figure out.  Now that it is in our house we are so glad we trusted her opinion, it looks amazing! Also the manager Damian was great! We spoke to him more towards the end of the process and he made sure that we had everything we need.  Very happy customer here..would recommend this place to everyone!

Such a great experience!!! Upon my mother and I arrival a sales person brought us to financing where we meet Laura, a sales manager whom does applications for credit. Ms Laura had a wonderful personality! My mother is an elderly lady and Laura was very patient in informative. Along with meeting and being assisted by Laura for credit we also met another wonderful employee, Katie, whom was equally as nice. It was great to go somewhere and experience exceptional customer service from someone other than just the sales person. I highly recommend this location for furniture shopping!!! Our Salesman Kenall was fantastic!!!

Was very Dissapointed here! When I came in the store a girl named Mercedes greeted me while sitting down at a table on her cell phone. In all the stores I have been too I never had anyone greet me sitting down let alone playing on their cell phone. There were 2 other girls sitting at the table as well on their phones . As walking around I only saw one salesperson actually working so I went to her for help. Her name was Brandi, she was very sweet and really tried to make something work I just couldn’t find nothing I liked. I wouldve have this store a 1 star but giving a 3 just because of that one salesgirl.
