We were treated so well here! There was no push to get us to buy anything, and the lady we worked with was very nice. She helped with all of our furniture needs. We had to leave early, but she gave us a card to come back later and continue our furniture hunt. There was a good variety of furniture, good deals, and prices ranging from high to low without major quality changes. Will be going back soon to finish our shopping!

Awesome customer service. The sales lady was really great, and she didn't stop until I was happy with the furniture I picked!! I would recommend Rooms To Go to everyone!! Mimi was my salesperson!! She does a great job!.

Our purchase experience was great. Mimi was our sales person and she did a wonderful job. The 1 star rating is for the awful delivery we had.  We ordered a bedroom set, dining room table, and a large section with recliners. This was a big order and was going to be alot of work. Our furniture showed up at 8am, with one man working the delivery. How on earth is this one man supposed to bring in boxes weighing hundreds and hundreds of pounds.  Essentially i paid $400 to work on my own furniture. WHAT A DEAL!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! THEY OFFERED $100 REFUND!!!  WHAT A JOKE... not to mention a cushion was ripped during installation and we found metal pieces broken off part of the couch as well....we will not be using rooms to go anymore.

This is the place to go. My qife and i looked at several stores this week and the quality and price are far better.
