The store gets a couple stars for selection. Sadly, the staff is under trained, though will meaning. The website is very helpful for product description which makes up for a little bit of the lack of product knowledge by the staff. My personal experiences after several visits is the lack of help available on the floor.

Tony and Colette were great, but the 15 other associates that passed me without asking if I needed help were not. I even saw an employee wearing earbuds. I work for a plumbing supply / showroom out of town and customer service is very important to our business. Home Depot has great prices but if your customers can't get help they will go somewhere else.

Every time I go this store the most important item I came for is out of stock. This has happened every single time on my last 20+ visits. Always been loyal to Home Depot but I'm done wasting time traveling to this store only to have to go somewhere else.

Needed a small pump. The guy in that section was helpful and the price was reasonable.

The only thing that I didn't like, was that u had to find someone to help u find what you were looking for. Other than that great.
