Just window shopping today but no pressure from the sales people which was nice.  A simple greeting and let us know if we can help.  Love it.  We'll definitely come back when we're ready for our new home furnishings.

My experience with rooms to go started out ok then quickly went down hill.
I live in a rural area and have a very tight driveway. In other words large trucks can’t get up the driveway without hitting my gate( which they did). I told the driver we would just put the furniture on my truck at the end of the road and drive it up the driveway. The driver  told me “We are not slave workers I’ll take the truck right up the driveway” and he did. As the 3 guys were unloading and setting up my bedroom set the driver put on a Bluetooth headset and called his girlfriend and talked to her in my house using profanity and other inappropriate words....
On their way out the driver hit my gate and damaged it and now it won’t even close right. 

If that’s not bad enough it gets worse!

I immediately called the claims department and started a claim. After numerous phone calls, emails and 2 and a half weeks I was told my entire claim has been denied because there is not sufficient evidence of damage to my property.

Just In case rooms to go reads this I have a police report now and we will be in contact. This is NOT over.

I can't believe how terrible this experience was/is. We ordered over $3,000 worth of furniture that was set to be delivered yesterday. After the time window expired we called they told us it was rescheduled to today. (We would not have known if it weren't for us calling in) today they miss the time window AGAIN and we had to call to find out they rescheduled AGAIN. At this point the time window was 4-6 pm. By 6:30 AGAIN NO CALL. Like are you kidding me? Then we call again to find out exactly what's going on and would you believe these people told us next week is the soonest appointment available??? Because they have other people scheduled.... are you kidding me???? Needless to say the whole order is canceled and I'll spend my 3,000 somewhere else. This was the biggest lack in professionalism I have ever seen.

Steph Williams took care of us and made buying a lot of furniture easy and stress free. She is very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I am very impressed and will make a point to look for Steph again.
