Bought a VERY EXPENSIVE adjustable bed along with a mattress. Totaling in at about 7000 dollars, which we spent 4+hours finalizing, the lady also stated no delivery fee (which was a false statement, we were charged 349$) The lady was also told that we had been in car accidents and have pain from them, so we need a secure, stable bed. It was apparently supposed to last for 30 years. Not even a month later the bed is broken. The adjustable features can not work. Due to the 3 foot Long piece of metal that broke off including the “wheel” for the foots adjustable base, apprently a bolt snapped in half.... called them, they told me that they would file the claim, send them pictures, we have not heard anything back. And here we are 3 months later still with a broken bed. Also they had the ordasity to tell a “customer” that we needed to contact the “manufacturer” and they could not do anything. All while still under their supposed “warranty.” I will be taking legal action.

Awesome staff, you can tell they pride themselves in giving the best customer service. I shopped Haverty's for years and this was the best experience I have had. Great job in Mcdonough

This store is absolutely ridiculous!!!The manager Vicki has no customer service skills and may need to attend some classes!! I purchased a sectional sofa at the end of June and I have made two payments on this one being the 18th of September. I have already had two service calls and no luck with fixing my sofa. The service tech sprayed a little w-d40 on it and said on that should help…..uhhhh THIS IS NEW!!! I should not have any issues with putting the recliners in and out and most defiantly should not lean. They refuse to have anyone come out on Saturdays for the working class citizens that have jobs for a living. I will never purchase anything from them again!!!I am very disappointed in this service and I guess due to big company corporate stores the little issues aren’t that big to you all.
