I have recently received my furniture for multiple rooms that were affected by the Hurricanes.  I am very pleased.  The customer service and knowledge of my sales person let me find  multiple rooms in one session and location.  This saved me time and money while decreasing my overall stress level. 

My shipment came on time and in excellent condition.   

I offer a Sincere thank you to rooms to go for helping with Alleviating my posthurricane blues.  I’m not a big shopper but I will say that I experience great shopping excellent service at a great price at Rooms to Go  Miami

Service could be better  . My wife and I  walked  in and was greeted by someone standing at the entrance , which was ok, but know one cared to ask if we needed any help. We were in the store about 15-20 and still know bothered to ask, meanwhile their were plenty of employees standing around chatting. My wife and I had to go to someone and ask for assistance . The sales person we encountered was friendly and very helpful .

When you have to evaluate the customer service and the service of a company, sometimes it becomes a bit difficult when it depends on two factors, the seller and the people in the deliver. In this case, the seller Elizabeth Morejon was extremely kind, very professional, knows how to do her job and understood our expectations perfectly; However the delivery people were unprofessional, at alltimes there were complaints about the weight of the furniture and they did not make all the effort to upload one of them and they also said that we had rejected it, which was not the case. I am very upset with the deliver and if I ever bought it back in the store I would not want my experience to repeat itself. I recommend to the company that they give more attention to the quality of the personnel that performs the delivery and less appoinment of delivering the staff because otherwise they can not perform their work with quality, they come to perform running and in a hurry because they have a large number of work after.

They were great in the past but my recent experience with them was horrible. Quality of the furniture is not the best and how they treat you once they have your money is even worse.
