Very disappointing lunch on Christmas Eve. Owner, who is friendly and funny, was not there. Attended by both people who were working, one outwardly hostile, one who couldn't have cared less - it was very clear they did not want to be there. Though the website said they were open til 3, we called to confirm and were told 1; while we were there, the sign was changed to close at noon. Drinks (three coffees and a water) came in 2 or 3 trips by someone in filthy shorts and shirt. The two omelettes we ordered both had raw egg in the middle when we cut into them, much of the bacon was undercooked and had to be removed from the mouth, toast seemed as though that maybe butter was a fleeting thought that was rejected, biscuits and gravy was served lukewarm, and the home fries were exceedingly dry and tasted of...metal? Got coffee, but even though we asked twice, we never got any extra cream. Hugely disappointing as we drove out of our way to go to Roosters, based on a past experience that was quite good. Bummed to part with almost $40 here for awful food.
