Service could be kinder and more customer satisfaction oriented. The food is delicious if you like chicken fingers. Its definately different then most fast food joints due to their menu items such as fried pickles or mushrooms for example. The interior is pretty clean and is pretty modern. Overall, usually a good experience.

I find Zaxbys to an average fast food place. The chicken is bland in my opinion and the prices are a little high. However, they do have great sauces (at a fee) and they also have a kids eat free day which may be nice if you have little ones.

Our experience there was great! First off, the place is nice and clean. Next, the staff are polite and actually know the menu. Finally, the food is fresh and taste great. My kids loved it which was impressive as well. We will definitely be going back.

Great prices and quick friendly service. Great for kids and adults alike. Don't miss out on the fried cheese curds with the pizza sauce.

Great first time experience, staff was very nice and the food was awesome. The chicken tenders and buffalo wings were the best I've had. Zaxbys will be a place I will visit again and again
