It's Saturday and Brian and Anthony came to the rescue.  New pipes had to be put in under the kitchen and the crawl space is under my bed in my bedroom.  Yes, under the bed.  These two were awesome and worked non stop to get the job done.  I will call them any time there is another issue.

I had a plumbing emergency this morning - sewer water backup that was flooding all bathrooms.  My husband used to handle these things but no longer is able to help so I didn't even know how to turn the main water line off!  The dispatcher got Mark out very, very quickly and he fixed the problem.  He also gave me a quick tutorial on emergency things to do in the future.  The cost was reasonable and I was very satisfied with his work.

I had a bathtub that only let out cold water and a leaky sink faucet head. He fixed those problems in no time and the prices were more than reasonable. He was friendly, courteous and willing to teach a thing or two about plumbing.

I wish I could comment on their service but no service was ever done. I spoke with the dispatcher about having someone come out to do an estimate to inspect my copper pipes. After calling me "dude" - and overall sounding unprofessional - I needed clarification that it was a FREE estimate. He confirmed this.

Needless to say that I was stunned after my wife drove 30 minutes to meet the plumber, only to find out that it would cost $95 to inspect the pipes. Apparently, the "FREE" part of it was that the money would be put towards the job IF we decided to go with them. Sorry, that's not a free estimate no matter how you spin it.

To further clarify, I have no knock against the plumber that showed up; he was on time and ready for the job (hence the 2-star Rating). Who knows, he may have done amazing work. But the dispatcher who quoted a "free estimate" and wasted an hour of my wife's day left me extremely unimpressed.
