Consuelo and Gina are very amazing to work with, very friendly and kind when it comes to helping families coordinate burials. They work very well with scheduling and making everything work out for families. If you ever have to go there for any reason ask for these two amazing ladies.
The worst cemetery to work with. They are not willing to work with individual on burial disputes. And as a veteran they were not willing to work with for burial at all. Even though the VA has authored private burials. Gina was rude and disrespectful. I am not local and I went into the office to discuss my moms burial. I was chased out and was told to make an appointment. They do not utilize voicemail or emails. Mr. Ramirez was also rude and didn’t appear to want to work with me. I wish I didn’t have to deal with this cemetery! I am embarrassed as. Veteran that I was treated like this.
Consuelo Pineda was wonderful, helpful and a delight to deal with and i recommend you call her it you need this service.
I have never had any bad experiences with Rosario. Staff has always been friendly.
Today we went to visit my Grandparents and my sister. The gravel section of the cemetery was full of trash; we removed 2 large bags of trash from my family's dual plot. So sad.
WORST PLACE!!!! The new lady in the office named "Consuelo" is beyond disrespectful. I will NEVER work with these people again.
My grandmother passed away in October at 101 years old. We purchased her and my grandfather a beautiful headstone online to put on their grave where they are buried together and they are REFUSING to place it siting that it's 4 inches too short in width from what their rules require per their ALL AND MIGHTY Supervisor Leah who isn't even from Santa Fe, but from Albuquerque. They are buried in a part of the cemetery where there are headstones of all different shapes and sizes. They are trying to sell us a new headstone, we spent a lot of money on this headstone and they have made this whole loss of my grandmother worse. They should be ashamed of themselves. If you can bury a loved one anywhere else...do it. These people are heartless and just in it for the money.
