Not one time in my life have I looked at a pizza after eating one slice and said, no way am I eating more. The girl said fresh unfrozen crust, HA! The crust was soft and tastes absolutely terrible, the sauce is mediocre, and the cheese was worse than the horrible uncooked crust. Never have I had a pizza this bad... I can't find a decent place in Plainfield and I'm pissed about the pizza I received. Sad to say, the pizza hut next door is better.

Valentines Day. Wife working, ordered dinner for her to come home to. Absolutely horrid service, horrible pasta dishes. Called for delivery order, order taker told me they didn't sell what was on their menu. Ordered 3 different pasta dishes, two with mushy spaghetti and mostly sauce. Baked dishes not baked, just partially melted cheese on top. Looked like it was dropped in when they put the cover on. Mushy pasta. Was told 1 hr. Was delivered 1 hr. and 40 minutes later. Will NEVER order from there again!

I don't know why this place is only 3 stars. They are the only place in Plainfield that is consistent. Sure we have had some great pizzas at Franco's ...but again....we've also had some pretty bland and or greasy ones too. We love Rosati's and the friendly staff! My go to place! LOVE IT!

Do not go here.....go to another Rosati's. We waited 90 minutes for our delivery. We got pizza, beef sandwich (made wrong), mushrooms, and fries (burnt) that were all cold. I called to complain and they offer a $10.00 credit on a $50.00 order. The girl even called the owner when I told her that credit was unacceptable....the owner said the best they could do is a $10.00 credit. I told her to keep their credit and we would never order from there again!!
