Horrible I was only person in line, and 3 people looked at me and continued talking with each other. I am a normal looking person, in jeans and a sweater. Next the rudest person on the planet precedes to attempt to train a young man. Taking my simple 2 item order, which the short, petite, brown, haired girl I asked about when bagels will be coming since at 10:30 am they were out of them... She rudely said It will be at least a couple of hours! As if I should already know this answer. Again asking if they warm up my Pecan Roll,...same attitude about doing it yourself in the microwave. Then I had to ask twice for a mug. After I paid, the young trainer man said have and walked away!!! Really! I had to wait until he returned to ask for my roll. He had to ask where the roll was and a plate. I asked for a knife twice. Garbage over flowing... People lined up to outside door. It was a bad experience. I love Panera... But this one just was not doing well today. Out of bagels souffles, and sweets all by 10:30 on Friday is not good marketing. Not is only two people on at lunch time (12:00). When I left.... Too bad. There was 3 people there writing reports... I hope they took note of things...

Decided to stop here with my father to check out how their coffee and hot chocolate were. Prices are a bit much to what we're use to. The drinks were good but not amazing. Service is kind of confusing. They told me that the hot chocolate would be a wait and would later confirm what I wanted and then disappear and just my drink on the counter. Kind of weird

I get the Baker’s dozen bagels special almost every Tuesday for my office on Wednesday. My fellow workers always have a good comment about the bagels. They love them. I always order online ahead of time that way you get the kind you like.

Always great, super fresh. My wife lived her veggie breakfast sandwich. I'm a big sour dough bread lover and they have one of the best as a very reasonable price. A+
