I'm only rating them one star because it's a requirement. The company is more like a negative star. 

Do not rent from this company. You will be nickeled and dime for everything. I will be reporting to the military, so they can be put on the black list.

Don't every let Rose & Womble "manage" your property.  They could care less about running up your A/C utility bills (w/o owner consent) while showing the property--or feel they are accountable for reimbursement of any kind.  Most telling--they are totally void of any professionalism one would expect, from both their CEO down to the Property Management Division.  I liked their realtors--but expect to get hosed if you go for their, anything but, Property Management services.

Our property manager NEVER got back to us while we lived in our home for 3 years.  We had termites in our home really bad crawling out of the walls, they once COVERED an entire window and she told me we would be fine to stay there and not be harmed, I have 2 young children! Our heater went out in the winter, we were without heat for almost 2 weeks! When it came time to move out it was such a huge hassle! She was so hard to get a hold of!  Its easy to get a home but once you get it don't expect to hear from them again!
