I was incredibly nervous going into this process, but Oren Mason really put me at ease! It was evident he had a passion for his work and was knowledgeable about the market. I am appreciative of his patience with all questions I had. He made it a simple process and I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else. Very satisfied with my choice and highly recommend. Chantel Ray was a great pick overall and I will be returning in the future.

I was so happy to go with Chantel Ray Real Estate...especially Kim Elliott-she was FABULOUS!!!  When you're selling your house, there is potential for stress-but Kim made that transition easier.  She was in contact with us frequently-letting us know what was, or wasn't going on.  It took a little longer (a little over a month) to sell our house, but her encouragement-helped.  She would say, "the right buyer will come"...and the BEST part for us was the prayers.  Knowing someone is praying for you during this time gave us peace.  They knew what we were going through and being a priority for prayer was a BONUS!  I would HIGHLY recommend Kim and the Chantel Ray business for your selling & buying needs!  They ROCK!!

She helped me greatly with the purchase of my new home and set me up with amazing people along the way. This first time with me buying a home was a hard and bumpy road but Jean, Sam, Connie, and Jessica did not let me give up. I recommend them 110%. I wish more people were like them, because they literally made a hard dream for me and my father come true and went above and beyond what they needed to do. I can say I made a friendship with them. Thank you again soooooooooo much!

I was interested in cash sale property.  1. The agent lied to me told me that it was residential/commercial  property.  2. I had to redo the paper work twice. It was incorrectly.  3. I called city zoning who told me the property was commercial only if I didn't call i would of purchased property that I could NOT use.  You hire an agent to do her job correctly BECAUSE THEY GET COMMISSION.  Very incompetent!  Check yelp reviews.. lots of bad reviews.

Shannon Martinez is the best realtor you could ever hope for! From the minute I contacted Chantel Ray, I was schedule for an appointment the next day where I got to meet Shannon. I knew next to nothing about the VA home loan process and she broke everything down for me simply and quickly. My husband was out to sea aiding in hurricane relief but I never felt alone in the process thanks to her. She was very quick finding lots of homes that fit what we were looking for and scheduled viewings even faster. A couple weeks later, we found the perfect place! Unfortunately the seller ended up being a little on the difficult side when it came to repairs but Shannon kept us as updated as possible and promised we would find a place where we felt safe and at home. She was on top of her game each and every day when I had what felt like a million questions! Less than two months after our initial appointment, we have closed and since moved into our home and couldn’t be happier! We received the cutest and most thoughtful house warming gift and everything! Since  closing she has helped us with anything we have needed and hasn’t stopped being her incredible self. I would recommend EVERY person who is looking to buy, sell, or rent to request Shannon! You will not be disappointed in her professionalism, expertise, and kindness. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this the best journey in finding our home! ❤️
