Bringing quality Breakfast, Lunch and baked goods from our kitchen to you! We strive to use as many Regional and local fresh ingredients.

Story

What we offer: Breakfast, Lunch,delicious baked treats, and Breads Gluten Free items are also available and we can take an order for something special that you may be looking fo.
The Kitchen is open till 3pm while the Bakery items are available til 4pm Monday through Saturday. If you are in a hurry you can Call ahead and place a dine in or take out order. If you are running late and think you may not be here before the kitchen is closed, Call us with an order and we can have it ready for you!

We will have local favorite breads and treats daily and will have many different special breads and treats randomly available by request or season.

We will be serving a simple breakfast and lunch specials daily that you can either dine in with or take with you.


We always try to find the freshest ingredients in our area. We do this by making sure our products come from the region as much as possible In this way we bring you as many farm fresh products as we find available all while supporting our local farms. We work with other local businesses to purchase products from them for our ingredients.



Our Story Although we may seem new to the area, it was my father who brought me back to North Carolina. His hope was to take me out of the the 60+ work week of the big city, and to find a way to better balance family and work. We fell in love with West Jefferson when we brought him up to his getaway home up here shortly before his death. We made him a promise to find a way to enjoy what we did all while balancing family and work. The end result after putting mine and my husbands talents together is a family owned bakery. We hope you enjoy our Menu, breads and sweet treats.
