I was involved in a car accident over a year ago. I've had 3 different paralegals. Jeff Rosenbaum called me when they took my case and after I was done seeing my doctors. Denise Turner is my current paralegal and DOES NOT know how to return phone calls. I have been steadily calling every other day to get updates on my case. Her voicemail specifically says 24 hours and she will return your call, so I've left more than 4 voicemails and no call backs. I even left my name and number with the lady who answers the phones. Now I know law firms are busy, but I would think that the faster you complete a case, the faster they get their money. The more they keep a client happy, the more good reviews and referrals they could get. God forbid I need lawyers in the future because it will never be this firm again!

If you want a good lawyer to handle your case. Jeff Rosenbaum or Mr Curry his associate are the men to see.

From start to finish I was treated as if I was my attorney,John Hanahan and his paralegal, Gail Wompners only client. I had total trust they were giving 100 % . I always knew what was happening or going to happen. I was never caught off guard. I felt comfortable and confident because of them. My calls were always answered politely and if I had to leave message ,it was always returned in a reasonable time frame. This is an amazing firm that I would happily recommend.  Thank you ever so much.

No Communication whatsoever. My matter has been them for over a year and a half. And I understand that these things takes time. But I've made several calls and Gina is always never available and her mail box is forever full. I don't believe that they do take your matter seriously. No one reaches out to your after you signed the dotted line. no updates, no reassurances, no nothing. And when you do get into contact with your paralegal she can never give you any specific on your case. Just the blanket statement that is "a letter was sent (can never give a date nor time) and we're waiting on the insurance to reply".  Avoid, Avoid , Avoid.

Worst lawyer ever... never return your phone calls nd they are rude.. wouldn’t recommend them to any one .
