I was hired for a mentorship opportunity at a large company. At first, they told me I'd be paid for the work. After a month on the job, I still hadn't received a paycheck. I know other interns that are being paid $10 per hour. The lawyers here took my call seriously and helped me file a claim to get the money I was owed. Thanks again!

In my first real job out of college, I had a bad experience. A supervisor from another department was harassing me. He repeatedly asked me out on dates, made comments about my appearance, and wrote me inappropriate notes. I told my manager who didn't do anything about it. I ended up leaving my job because of this. This law firm helped me through this difficult time and really got me justice. I would recommend Sid Gold to anyone!

I had an employment discrimination experience regarding a preexisting condition that was exacerbated by overtime. The employer laid me off and then terminated me. After successful litigation by Sidney Gold and associates I won my case. Sidney L. Gold and Associates is an outstanding Employment Law firm.  They are consistently ranked as the best Employment Law Firm in Pennsylvania, and Mr. Gold is consistently honored as a Super Lawyer. These accolades are well deserved, for many reasons, as I discovered first-hand in my case. First, they provided me with a free and thorough initial consultation. This is their standard practice.  Many other firms demanded upwards of $500 for an initial consultation, with no assurance that they would even accept me as a client. You can count on Sidney L. Gold and Associates to give you a free HONEST and REALISTIC assessment of your situation. If your chances of prevailing are actually very low, this will be explained to you. (Some firms, badly in need of clients, seem to be willing to take any case regardless of the merits. The LAST THING you want to do is pay legal fees in a case where you actually stand little or no chance of winning. See Sidney L.
