Toll Brothers used them for our new build and some of what they did was downright sloppy. We had an issue with the master shower within the warranty period and had them come out to fix it. During the fix, I was wondering what they were knocking out and braking. A few months later conveniently after the 1 year warranty period, we have same issue and I go to change out the shower head, only to find out that they cracked holes open behind the shower valve cover and shower head. I'm having to replace some tiles 2 years after the house was built. Talk about lazy and sloppy!
Had a busted water heater that was flooding my house, wife and 2 year old home alone and freaking out. Called a few other companies and was told to contact my home warranty. I took another shoot and called Rosenberg Plumbing Service, they responded extremely fast and and took care of the situation professionally. Our heat and hot water boiler stopped working. That evening, l called Sheffield Plumbing. They were able to get to my home by 10:00 am the next day. The tech was able to diagnose the problem and have the boiler running in a short time. Quick response and expert knowledge restored our high efficiency system rapidly.
Called them for service and they came the same day. I had two plumbers show up and they were courteous and professional. Their charges were very reasonable. I definitely call them again for any plumbing need.
The technicians called as they were on their way.They were very pleasant and above all,they cleaned up after they were done. They made sure that everything was working properly and explained to me what they did. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
