Had a warranty claim. Called to check on it because​ the order was late. Chick copped an attitude from the second she answered the phone. She told me they didn't have it and had no way to check to see where the order was. Then before the phone call ended I got a text that my order was there. So is she just lying to me or do they have it?

This store does not even deserve one star. They completely screwed up my account numerous amounts of times. Then, they screwed my fiancé and I out of our money. Majority of the people working there seem as though they do not know how to do their job. It was not until we got on the phone with corporate that we actually got things taken care of. They themselves even said that the people who worked at this location completely messed up our account. I will never recommend anyone to go to this location. Worst experience ever.

Everytime I visit this store I wait for an hour especially today tops it!!!  It's April 24th I've been here since 6pm all the way to 8 pm. WTF!!!

I was not happy with T- Mobile a they push Customer too hard wasn't very nice. Voice mail was automatic set in Spanish. I  have been told business account was $70 at the start & will get credit back and pay online is save $5 now I review my bill is  $75!! Month. Which not honest business T- Mobile. I  want switch back to pay on the go $ 45 . I  will company for amount of the money. I  don't want extra service and I don't txt or talk much on the phone. 
Oh no!! Customer service is not for me to refers to anyone at all. I might switch to another company soon..
