I got into a serious automobile accident in which the driver of the vehicle ran a red light and t-boned my car, totaling both of our cars. From day one with the initial consultation, you can already feel the difference between a normal attorney and Luis Sosa. Suzanna Scarborough handled my worker's compensation case. I had an excellent experience. Suzanna and her co-workers were informative, friendly, helpful, and always responded immediately to any questions or concerns. Suzanna's advice was always correct and she helped me maximize my compensation. Best experience I have ever had with a law office. Would recommend to all of my family and friends. There are no words to describe the passion, energy, work ethic, dedication and professionalism that Luis Sosa and James Solomon demonstrated in my case and trial. I had already hired an attorney that flat out cancelled after 3 years because he felt there was no way to win my case. I felt hopeless and lost. That is when I hired Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Ryles and what a difference they made. My case finally after 5 years was called to trial and we won! Luis Sosa and James Solomon truly made the difference and made the defense literally "shake in their boots". Not only did I have the best representation in Luis Sosa and James Solomon, but Jonathon Levy and Steven Simon were present for my trial and supported me all the way. You will never find a better law firm to work with! I highly recommend my attorney's Luis Sosa and James Solomon if you do hire Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Ryles, it will be the smartest decision you will ever make!

Suzanna M. Scarborough was my attorney on my workman's comp case. She was so caring, genuine, and always available. They were able to work with me and support me in a time of need. Nobody ever wants to be in a workman's comp battle for their health with their employer but with Suzanna M. Scarborough and Rosenthal, Levey, Simon, and Ryles on your side you can't go wrong.
