They do not give test required for those who's transferring licensense from another state. Go to the one in Arden Hills by the old road 35w and county rd. Staff here was respectful and quick to help.

This location is terrible. Poor customer service and rude staff. Most recently they were supposed to be open until 2PM on a Saturday. Arrived at 1PM to find a sign on the door stating they were closed due to being at max capacity. Unfortunate they are so poorly operated. May be time to consider adding some more hours on a Saturday if it is in this high of demand. Places like this are why people like to argue privately run businesses are better then letting the government do it. If you can go to a different location I highly recommend it.

You need to get there early because of the new computer system. They close at 5 but often are unable to accept more people after 4 or even 3:30 if the place is really busy. The ladies there were super helpful, kind, and fast. I cannot stress enough though that if you think you can get in at the last minute and leave with renewed tabs in under 10min you're living in a dream.
