Listen you people who complain about the old guy that works there and this post office are blathering Minnesota nice jerks. I went there the other day. He processed 4 people in the time it took the other clerk to process one. I have gone there multiple times and never had a problem and the line moved fast. Guy is strait and to the point. You want a friend, go buy a cat or dog, that is not what the US postal services mission statement is. Piss off. It is people like you in Minnesota, that are the reason Wisconsin is going to invade and take over the state.

Since we’re swapping stories about the old guy who works there... I went to buy stamps for Save the Dates and asked for the Wonder Woman stamps. He asks “Are you TRYING to offend people?” And then proceeds to scold me for my handwriting (they all made it anyway so couldn’t have been THAT bad). He then proceeded to make super awkward mail-order bride jokes to the guy behind me who was mailing a letter to Russia. Line wasn’t bad but still a negative customer service experience. I go to the post office by my work elsewhere instead now.

This post office generally has the slowest and worst service I've ever experienced. I try to avoid going here if at all possible. I did have had exactly one good experience on a Saturday morning with two of the younger gals on duty.

Unfortunately, Alton makes going into this post office unbearable. I usually only go in to use the automated machine. One of the other staff told me not to use the machine because it saves workers jobs. I am in total agreement with that, but cannot abide by that logic in this post office because I will not deal with being disrespected and patronized by Alton. Until he's gone, I'll be using the machine.

New Brighton post office should train new people on the counter. The guy that doing right now should work in the back room now. The front is mean image and fas. I used to live in Coon Rapids that fast service than New Brighton and Brooklyn Park.
