So I looked up the hours for Ross and I saw they were extended their hours till 1:30 a.m. And I was blown away! Considering I manager at a local restaurant near by and had to close tonight this was soooo helpful. HOWEVER when I arrived at the store with an hour till closing I was greeted by rude employees. The whole ambiance of the store was just angry and miserable. The manager at the time kept speaking on the intercom and rushing customers. Saying if we weren't in line we would not be able to pay for our items. (The checkout line was endless) she said this about 4 times. Then while waiting on line, we'll before the closing time (1:30) I was trying to get someone's attention to help with the jewelry section. NO ONE not even the MANAGER tried to help. So I waited in line till it was my turn. I then asked my cashier if he could assist me with the jewelry. He seemed to have no problem with it. But while he was getting the items (that I planned on paying for) the manager rudely scolded him and said that the jewelry section was closed. Now coming from a manager, I would never disrespect my employee in front of a customer let alone get after them in front of one.. how unprofessional. I get it, it's the holidays and the hours are long. But that comes with the job this manager chose to take. I didn't enjoy my visit to this Ross and I more than likely will not be returning. And it's such a shame considering this Ross has always had such a great selection of items.

You can find some good clotning and shoes at great prices. I agree the store sometimes is messy not due to employees but from the south of the border customers who think they can do what they want.

We customers are so dirty and in inconsiderate it, employees are their to assist us not to pick after us, the staff very patient
