Wow, this was really bad customer service. I wanted to buy an outfit and boots-was ok spending a lot of money if I had to. There were a lot of employees standing around and they grudgingly came over to help, but weren’t really helpful. Finally went upstairs to look at boots and again, the person who finally came to help didn’t seem to care that she came off as bored. Went to pay (just the boots, didn’t bother getting an outfit) I was told “our machine is down, it’s only cash” and was told this like I should’ve ALREADY KNOWN-there were no signs on the door, the employees never SAID anything while I was in the store. I did have the $200 cash but was beyond annoyed with the store by the time I left. I will never go back there.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Some guy named Carlos is so obnoxious, it's unbearable. Management needs to hire better associates who value their customers. I planned to buy boots for my entire family of five and wanted to give my business to this mom and pop shop, but I'll stick to Cavender's! They have much better deals anyway!

Don't buy any suits here, I bought a $700 suit here and they could never get my pants tailored right. They don't fit or even look right. They also brought some guy from the back to be rude to me for trying to get the pants tailored right. He made it seem like it was my fault the pants didn't fit. Worst customer service ever!!!! Had to go to The Men's Warehouse to get it tailored correctly. Poor customer service!!!!

Service was not goodat all, why go work if they are not going to attend customers with courtesy, customer should NOT hear gossip within employees 😡
