I went to find a semi-formal dress to wear to a wedding and found the perfect dress. When I went to the fitting rooms to try it on, I noted how clean the fitting room was. The employees were cheerful and friendly, as well. I definitely plan to come back next time I need some new clothes for myself or my daughter.

The merchandise is hit or miss, feast or famine, depending on if a truck has just come in. Most of the time there is plenty to spend my $$$ on. Prices are low! 😀. I dislike their return policy. It is unnecessarily complicated and picky. Some of the staff is friendly, some are not. I hate the robot-like policy of staff yelling "Welcome to Ross" as you walk in. It is annoying and very insincere. Just stop, already!
